Worth every penny! Investment piece to cherish. Dry clean only. The prices here are wonderful. I had purchased this blanket in Taupe from Garnet Hill, I love them, however the cost is twice as much. I found the blanket to be amazingly soft and rich. The blanket has a beautiful sheen to it and a wonderful hand. The size is conservative so I purchased one Queen and one in a King size for my Queen. My husband is 6’3” and can occupy more than his fair share of the covers. If you are a bed linen “snob” as I self proclaim, than take the plunge. It will be worth it.It's beautiful. Been looking for white silk blankets for ages in King size. Buying 2 more!I am a very picky person, and I really love quality stuff. This blanket is great on all fronts. I also own a silk throw, so I have experience with sewn silk. This blanket is much thicker and heavier than my silk throw and it is pure luxury, reasonably warm, fluffy, perfect weight, beautiful grey color and made very well. You can use it as a bed cover and it looks expensive and stylish. You can use it all year around except when its too hot or too cold (just add extra layer of any cover - I use my throw) . IT DOESN'TSHED a bit. This blanket totally deserves a 5 star review and in my opinion the price is justified.Overall I love this blanket I’ve been on a silk frenzy and I got a silk filled duvet and a silk duvet cover and as winter came it felt kind of cold through my thin bamboo sheet, so I decided to add this for a soft cozy layer and it’s amazing! it does add some fuzz unfortunately to your black nightgowns and stuff even when used between the sheet and the duvet.The blanket is very soft. Problem is for a king it doesn’t fall down the sides of the bed. It’s very skimpy. Once two people are under the blanket someone is without a cover. My husband and I are not huge people so this is frustrating.I love this blanket and would highly recommend. I have a mulberry silk comforter so I trusted the quality of the product. It is so soft and sumptuous. I like the beige/ winter white color. The size is decent for a king. Keeps you warm but I’m never too hot with this blanket.What's not to like about this blanket,so soft and we'll made in in love with it.This blanket is soft, cozy and keeps you warm but not too warm.
