This is a nice little mug warmer. It has three different heat settings you can control by tapping the heat icon. The warmer also has a sensor on the bottom that detects whether your cup has been removed. See photo with yellow circle. Overall, this is handy item that keeps you from having to go reheat your beverage if you are engaged in activities which prevent you from enjoying your beverage while it is hot.Plastic feels a little cheap, but overall I love it. It needs to be placed on a flat hard surface for it to work properly. Despite how it feels like cheap plastic, it does it's job well with keeping my drink warm which is all that matters. I usually leave my drink out for hours, leading it to get cold, but having this really makes me enjoy the warm beverage.It is nice to be able to control the time and temperature of a mug warmer. However, it is important to note that there are only THREE temperature settings: Low: 30℉/55℃ | Medium: 150℉/65℃ | High: 170℉/75℃. You can not choose a specific mid-range temperature. Also, the timer setting are restrictive. The choices are: 2-Hour | 4-Hour | 6-Hour | 8-Hour | 10-Hour | 12-Hour. I really don't know anyone who is going to choose the higher time ranges. Personally, I would rather have MINUTES such as 15 | 30 | 45 | 60. Longer times cause your coffee to "cook." Yuck! This warmer is better for smaller mugs. Large mugs don't seem to sit quite right on the element. The overall quality of the warmer seems quite average. I do think there are better options out there. Spend a few more bucks for a better warmer.Most of my tea and coffee mugs are oversized so this isn't the best option for me but it works well and I am able to use it but there is a space between the heating element and the mug. This is best with your typical twelve ounce cup. You can set it for three different temps but I am keeping it on high so it still can heat the liquid even though the mug doesn't touch the bottom. It's good but I just wish it were larger.So I got this for my mother, who LOVES her morning coffee. She is a slow sipper of her coffee. For the longest time, I have listened to her complain about it getting cold. And she would microwave her cup of coffee. I GOt her this and she LOVES it. No more Microwaved coffee in her future. Just a quick stir to mix the warm from the bottom to the top and good to go.I love that this heats up my coffee without me putting it in the microwave a million times a day. You can change the settings and temp which is nice. No complaints!I like the color, size and temperature options of this warmer. Adjustable temperature control is nice along with the unit turning off when I pick my coffee cup up.I received this and it wasn't working correctly but the seller sente a replacement very quickly. I love it. I have always enjoyed reading with a cup of coffee and I have to keep getting up to heat it up. With this warmer I can actually pick the temperature and it also has a timer. I really like how it looks too, it reminds me of a record player. There is a button on the bottom so it detects when the mug is on it. It will turn off if the mug is off of it too long. Really cool.
