Even Azpen apparently does not like what they produced.On their website there is not mentioning of this smart plug.Although I managed to install and enable the app on my iPhone, there is no way to expand the app functionality to Alexa or IFTTT.No smart hub either, as my research yielded.Azpen support is non-existent.The mobile app is really glitchy. And the photo was misleading you do not get for plugs for $48.App for plug is not compatible with Android 6.0 (Marshmallow). Was told by Azpen support that Marshmallow does not have a large enough market share to warrant testing. Don't buy this product if you plan to use an Android phone that has been released in the past year.I’m pretty sure this is just a plug with a usb jack. Nothing smart about it. Will not connect to wi-fi or app. I ordered 3. None of them work!Great little smart plug, simple to sync with my ipad. Wife loves coming home with lights on, so this saves money while making us feel safe.Owning four of these smart plug I've had mixed success with them with the servers finally becoming unavailable I think a year or two back. I contacted Azpen tech support (most responsive) and they informed me that the plugs are now discontinued (at time of writing, May 2021) and that the company that supported the app and servers is now out of business. Such is the risk of buying smart products!I'll probably Dremel open one of the plugs just to see what is inside but I guess they'll be consigned to the e-waste.Me costo trabajo programar el dispositivo ya que no es muy sencillo encontrar la APP, ademas una vez que la encuentras, tiene dos opciones para registrarte, una es por medio de un e-mail (La cual no funciona pues nunca recibes el correo de confirmación) y la otra por medio de tú número celular, el problema es que el lenguaje esta en chino y debes de buscar tú país lo cual resulta un poco complicado, pero una vez que lo logras, el resto de la programación es muy sencilla.
