I used two of these boards to control the up and down movement of a automotive power radio antenna. When the ignition is turned on the antenna is powered up for 15 seconds to go up and this circuit switches it off so that the motor doesn't burn up. I like the fact that the standby current is so low 5ma. And it doesn't drain the car battery.
